Currie's Furniture $2,500 Furniture Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Currie's Furniture, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 at 5:59 PM EST.

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

1. In-Store Entry

Visit Currie's Furniture during the Giveaway Period and complete an official entry form.

2. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, complete an official entry form in-store during normal business hours.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraudulent means may result in disqualification.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $2,500 Currie's Furniture Certificate.

Prize details:

Total prize value: $2,500

Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

Prize is non-transferable.

Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.

Prize may be applied toward merchandise sold by Currie's Furniture.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will be conducted on July 1, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.

If the selected winner:

Cannot be reached within seven (7) days,

Fails to respond,

Is found to be ineligible, or

Refuses the prize,

Currie's Furniture reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Currie's Furniture permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, city of residence, and statements regarding the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Currie's Furniture reserves the right to:

Verify eligibility of all entrants.

Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Currie's Furniture's privacy practices.
