Currie's Return Policy:
In Store Purchase Only (excludes online sales)
We want our customers to be excited about their purchase and continue to shop with us for many years to come. If, within 7 days of receiving your furniture, you are not completely satisfied, please notify us and we will do everything possible to quickly resolve your concern. Should it be necessary, during this period we will accept stock (that we have on display in our showroom) merchandise in the original, “like new” condition in original packaging for a one time re-selection. A restocking charge of 15% and return delivery fee will be charged for the pick up of returned merchandise. We strongly encourage that you measure the area for your purchase prior to delivery, in the event that an item is unable to fit in your home due to size there will be a 15% restocking charge and return delivery fee will be charged for the return of the items to the store. Return or re-selection does not apply to special order merchandise, ready to assemble, mattresses/bedding, adjustable bed bases, pillows, protection plans, delivery fees, closeout and clearance items. Closeout and clearance items are non returnable and are accepted as is. Any items that are soiled, damaged, used for commercial purposes and misused are all non returnable.Â
Returns Policy Online Orders:
Returns are not accepted unless product is damaged upon delivery. Determination of whether to repair or replace furniture is at the sole discretion of Currie's Furniture. If a repair isn't possible then a replacement piece will be ordered and the damaged pieces become the property Currie's Furniture. Any exception to the returns policy will be solely at Currie's Furniture's discretion. If Currie's Furniture deems it appropriate to cancel or return an order or item, it will be subject to a cancellation / restocking fee as well as additional delivery charges. A reselection of furniture with the remaining credit is required.
Order Cancellation
Once your order is placed with Currie's Furniture, we will submit it to the manufacturer on your behalf. At this point, Currie's Furniture is financially obligated to purchase the furniture from the manufacturer. For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations. Any exception to the cancellation policy will be solely at Currie's Furniture's discretion. If Currie's Furniture deems it appropriate to cancel or return an order or item, it will be subject to a cancellation / restocking fee as well as additional delivery charges. A reselection of furniture with the remaining credit is required. Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
